All goods must be returned within 15-days from purchase 

Proof of purchase must be provided with all returns via store receipt 

Goods are to be sent back via post at customers own expense

Manufacturing fault, all faulty goods will be refunded  

Gifts: if a gift was purchased for your child and you would like to return the item, please note, we will need to receive the gifted item prior to having your item swapped for a new design. All return post is at customers own expense.
