returns: all goods must be returned within 15-days of purchase. Proof of purchase must be provided with all returns via order number. Goods are to be sent back via post at customers own expense, all goods faulty due to manufacturing will be refunded.
gifts: if a gift was purchased for your child, and you would like to return the item, please note, we will need to receive the gifted item prior to having your item swapped for a new design. No refunds are available for gifted items, a store credit will be granted if the gifted item is returned in perfect, re-sale condition. All return postage is at the customer's own expense.
Wash with similar colours, on a cold wash, preferably in a laundry bag. Wash on a gentle cycle, Do not bleach, Do not soak, Do not rub, Do not tumble dry, Dry flat in shade, Cool iron on reverse side, Do not dry clean.
