all goods must be returned within 35-days from purchase. Proof of purchase must be provided with all returns via order number. Goods are to be sent back via post at customers own expense, all goods faulty due to manufacturing will be refunded.
gifts: if a gift was purchased for your child, and you would like to return the item, please note, we will need to receive the gifted item prior to having your item swapped for a new design. No refunds are available for gifted items, a store credit will be granted if the gifted item is returned in perfect, re-sale condition. All return postage is at customers own expense.
